What is the refund policy?expand_more
First purchase: full refund if you ask within 14 days of your first charge. Renewals: full refund within 14 days of a surprise renewal charge, provided no learning sessions were completed under it since. After the window, cancellation stops future charges and access runs to the end of the paid term. Email [email protected] with the subject “Refund request” — refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
